Matcha Tea Ceremony

We invite you to join us for the Matcha Tea Ceremony, which will be held in the last days of December under the theme of "Slow Saturday", as we get into the spirit of the New Year with good wishes.

With the workshop by Japanese tea ceremony instructor Maki Shibuya, you can gain a perspective on the philosophy, cultural meaning and meditative aspect of this ritual, and experience every step of the matcha tea ceremony with the delicacies prepared for the event by our Head Chef Kubilay Altınay and Pastry & Bakery Chef Sevcan Erdem.
