A ceremony that reminds us of the teachings of Wa (harmony), Kei (respect), Sei (purity) and Jaku (peace) in Japanese culture with the delicate steps of preparing, serving and drinking tea.
With the workshop by Japanese tea ceremony instructor Maki Shibuya, you can gain perspective on the philosophy, cultural meaning and meditative aspect of this ritual, and experience every step of the matcha tea ceremony with the special menu prepared for the event by our Head Chef Kubilay Altınay.
