Early Harvest Cold Pressed / 500ml
Appetizer Olive Oil, which we create in collaboration with Kaptanın Çiftliği as a starter flavour, is made from Arbequina Olives grown in Köprübaşı, Manisa. The harvest begins as soon as the olives start to turn purple. Acid formation is prevented by the cold press method at 27°C within 2 hours. Then filtered on the same day and a paper filter is utilized during the process. Through this method, the exclusive taste is well preserved and bottled.
The climate of the region, with hot dry summers and cold snowy winters, reflects in the unique flavor of the olives. As a starter delicacy, enjoy its intense and smooth aroma.
