Gaiwan

Gaiwan is a traditional brewing vessel used in Chinese tea ceremonies. Its wide opening allows the tea leaves to expand fully and release their flavours, resulting in a rich brewing. It also adds a visual pleasure to the tea ceremony by revealing how the leaves unfurl.

Crafted with clay by the local artisans in DeHua and it has a finishing with bronze glaze. Textures may differ in each piece as they are handmade.

*Only hand wash with water and do not use any cleaner. Avoid washing in the dishwasher.
*Do not put it into the microwave.
