Came from the farm of Faysel Abdosh, a producer known for his attention to detail processing techniques in the Yirgacheffe region, Ethiopia. Its winey and rich floral taste comes from the natural anaerobic fermentation process. Fruit notes are at the forefront, with medium acidity, bright, and pleasant and lingering aftertaste, you may also get dried fruits from this coffee.
