Comes from the farm of the Walida cooperative, who have been growing and processing specialty coffee on the slopes of Mount Argopuro in Indonesia since 2014. This coffee has a fruity character with a complex profile, enhanced by natural anaerobic fermentation. It features medium acidity, notes of lychee and white grape, and a pleasant molasses aftertaste.

About the Producer:
The non-profit Walida cooperative is a community of 500 families on Mount Argopuro's slopes. Together with agronomist Muhlisin, they have created a coffee plantation at an elevation of 1,850 meters above sea level, planting 120,000 coffee trees as part of a forest restoration program. This initiative aims to address water scarcity and land issues in the region. It is a successful example of biological improvement, sustainable coffee quality, and ethical production.
