Natural, Double-Fermented / 250 ml

Quince Vinegar is obtained from Tekkeş quinces grown in the Ovacıkyayla Basin. Slow-pressed quince juice boosts the flavor of the fruit through cold fermentation. The product is fermented for 6-8 months in oak barrels, then bottled.

There is no application of any chemical pesticides, herbicides or other pesticides. The product is obtained through the cold fermentation technique which ensures the establishment of the conditions that provide an optimum level of probiotics. The product does not contain additives, preservatives or emulsifiers.

The vinegar is naturally fermented. If you observe a mother of vinegar forming at the bottom, you are in luck! You can make your own vinegar by growing it or can keep it in the refrigerator to slow down its growth. Otherwise, we recommend keeping it at room temperature and protecting it from sunlight.
