Finishing Touch Olive Oil, which we create in collaboration with Zivane as a flavor-enhancing for hot and cold meals, is made from Edincik Su olives that are unique to the Edincik region of Bandırma. Olives are hand-picked from their branches, pressed at 27°C with the cold-press method and bottled within 18 hours. When the Edincik Su olive reaches a high water content, it fattens and acquires its unique flavor. As a finishing touch, it proposes a somewhat acrid and soft aroma.
