Early Harvest Cold Pressed

The olive oil we produce in collaboration with Kaptanın Çiftliği is made from Arbequina olives grown in Köprübaşı, Manisa. This limited production olive oil is harvested as soon as the olives begin to turn purple. Acid formation is prevented by cold pressing at 27°C within 2 hours. It is filtered on the same day using paper filters, preserving its character before bottling. As an initial flavour, it offers an intense and smooth aroma.
